  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda 

  • ¼ teaspoon salt 

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened 

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice 

  • ½ cup sugar 

  • 1/3 cup olive oil 

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

  • 2 Aloha Raspberry White Chocolate Protein Bars, chopped 

  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen 

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
