These Cookie Dough Brownies are rich, protein-packed, and decadent! Nicely topped with layers of organic chocolate chip cookie dough for all to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup almond or peanut butter 

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 

  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted 

  • 2 flax eggs (2 tablespoons ground flax + 6 tablespoons of water, whisk together then set aisde for 10 minutes) 

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

  • ½ cup almond flour 

  • ¾ cup Aloha Chocolate Protein Powder 

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda 

  • ¼ teaspoon salt 

  • ½ cup chocolate chips 

  • 8 Aloha Cookie Dough Protein Bars 

Directions

  1. 1.

    Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit and lightly grease an 8x8-inch brownie pan.

    In a large bowl, mix together the almond or peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, flax eggs, and vanilla extract.

    Add in the almond flour, Aloha Chocolate Protein Powder, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips. Mix until batter is fully combined.

    Spread half the batter in your prepared brownie pan then top with an even layer of Aloha Cookie Dough Protein Bars. Spread remaining batter over top of bars and bake for 25-30 minutes, let cool completely before slicing.
