The Path is a points-based rewards program that allows you to earn “steps” for every dollar spent, get $4.95 or free 2-day shipping, dollar off rewards, and more! The Path was created to help you save on our delicious plant-based products as we join you in making the little choices that add up to a happier, healthier life.
What Are Membership Tiers?

As you make your way along The Path, you have the opportunity to enter the next membership tier. Membership tiers (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are based on the number of points you accumulate through shopping on aloha.com and taking part in other activities.
You will stay in the highest tier you've achieved for the annual rolling year, which is a 12-month period starting when you reach a certain tier. The membership tiers determine how many points you earn for shopping and participating in activities, as well as offering more exclusive benefits as you continue along The Path.
How Do I Earn Points?

There are many ways to earn steps! Start off with 250 bonus points simply by creating an account. Steps can be earned by purchasing ALOHA, signing up for our newsletter, following us on social media, and referring friends. We also gift points on your birthday!
How Do I View My Points?

Simply log-in to your account and visit aloha.com/pages/the-path. Your points will be visible at the top of your account page!
How Do I Use My Points For Rewards?

After logging into your account, click the "Redeem Points" button. Select the reward you'd like to redeem, and you will receive a code for your reward.
Rewards do not expire. If you wait to make a purchase and can't remember your code, click "Redeem Points" to view your reward history. Clicking on the name of the reward in your history will give you the code.
Can I Use My Rewards With Another Promotion?

Unfortunately, our website does not have the ability to combine multiple codes. Please email care@aloha.com if you would like to swap your dollar off code for a gift card that can be combined with a promotion.
Can I Use My Rewards On Autoship Orders?

Yes! When redeeming your rewards points, choose "$ off next Autoship order."
The reward can be applied at checkout when there are autoship products in the cart, or on an active autoship membership.
To use this reward on an active autoship membership, log-in, click "manage," paste the rewards code in the code section, then click "apply."
I Forgot To Add My Reward At Checkout! Can I Add It After I’ve Ordered?

My Membership Tier Is Incorrect! How Do I Get It Fixed?

Your membership tier is based on the points you earned over the past 12 months.
If you believe you should be in a different tier, email us at care@aloha.com and we will work with you to place you in the correct tier.
I Accidentally Redeemed A Reward I Didn't Want! Can I Reverse It?

Keep in mind that the dollar-off reward codes never expire and can always be found on your account page! However, if you would like to return the reward, please contact us at care@aloha.com.
Where Are My Points For Following ALOHA On Social Media?

In order to earn points for following us on one of our social accounts, you will need to follow us through the link on your account page. If you already follow us, all you need to do is unfollow and re-follow through the link to earn the steps.
If you've done this and your points are still not reflected on your account, please contact us at care@aloha.com with the social media platform and your handle. We'll verify your status and make sure your points are added to your account.
I Completed An Activity But Didn't Earn Points! Where Are They?

Points earned for purchases and referrals have a 7 to 15 day waiting period before depositing into your account.
Other activities can sometimes take a few minutes to process. If you want to check your pending points balance, please email care@aloha.com.
Do I Earn Points On Orders From Third-Party Partner Sites?

Points can only be earned through purchases made directly on aloha.com. Orders placed on Amazon, Thrive Market, or any other partner site will not earn points for your path.
