HAWAIIAN CURRY?

OLENA

SUPPORT THE COMMON HERITAGE

Olena is also known as Hawaiian tumeric. It is a deep orange colored root and is used as a coloring agent in curries that has a ginger-like taste. It is also a widely used aniseptic, and agriculturally is used as a fungicide. Olena in our garden, as compared to a typicall agricultural setting, has a much stronger taste and bold color.
