SUPPORT THE COMMON HERITAGE
Italian fennel is a licorice-flavored herb. It is used in lasagnas and pasta sauces, and it also produces a numbing effect on the teeth and gums. Its sweet anise flavor is also excellent for babies who are teething. In our garden, it produces a beautiful, large white bulb which is due to the unique process of ColdAg. It is believed that in the near future, this process will not be considered unique. One of the reasons for writing this garden book is to impress upon the reader that a wide variety of crops can be grown using deep cold ocean water.
