The process can start with a project for the establishment of a DOWER system for Curaçao. This would be a viable project that will accomplish self sufficiency in energy, fuel, fresh water and protein for an ocean coastal community. Such a project will bring the desired effects to every element of the environment in Curaçao, making our migration to natural resources possible.
