Can we begin down the road of migration to natural resources and who can guide us along this road?
Thanks to migration "pioneers", this road does exist. I believe that the "pioneers " are those who brought us here today for this dedication and made it all happen.. These are those who have spent a great deal of time experimenting and searching for the most effective natural resource to meet the needs of our populations and have brought us the Blue-Green Revolution.
