It is with great pleasure that I extend my warmest aloha and best wishes to the Board of Directors of the Common Heritage Corporation (CHC), and their guests who have gathered for the 1st Anniversary of the "Birth of the Blue-Green Revolution."

        I congratulate Dr. John P. Craven, President, and Dr. Jack R. Davidson, Vice President of Common Heritage Corporation, on their world-class breakthrough in agriculture using a deep ocean water technology.

        Today, we reflect upon the time when the late Senator Richard Matsuura named CHC's unique technology, the "Blue-Green Revolution." CHC's integrated system using deep ocean water for tropical fruits, vegetables, herbs and fish, and cold water agriculture, has greatly improved the economic and self-sufficiency of peoples of third world countries.

        Again, congratulations on this 1st anniversary of the "Birth of the Blue-Green Revolution." My fondest thoughts and best wishes are with all of you for a most successful demonstration of the "Blue-Green Revolution.
