Sponsor your own choice of crops
Imagine growing a bed: of
fragrant roses, of endangered species, of rare and aromatic herbs;
of assorted tulips; of azaleas of every hue; of succulent legumes;
of salad greens, tomatoes, onions radishes; of varieties of melons
including Crenshaws; of primrose, violets and columbine; of flowers
from every state and every clime; of raspberries, boysenberries and
strawberries; turnips, potatoes and asparagus: and all the produce
of your tasty and your aromatic dreams. Turn your dreams into
reality. From the day that you sponsor your designated garden bed
until the day it is realized will be less than a season. On
fruition, it will be on display for all the world to see and to
replicate on their own coastal desert with their own pipe and pump
and coldwater farm. You will undoubtedly want to visit Hawaii
during the harvest and you will be welcome to enjoy the fruits of
your sponsorship. Our acreage is limited and should the sponsorship
proposals exceed our immediate ability to carry them out we will
have to assign a priority to our acceptance. The criteria of
course will be the benefit that the demonstration bed confers upon
the Common Heritage. Although our results have shown that the beds
can be maintained in perpetuity and will flower and fruit
throughout the year, the mission of CHC is to transplant the
knowledge so gained throughout the coastal desert regions of the
world. Your prize will be the knowledge that your dreams will be
replicated for the benefit of mankind and if you name the variety
or the species with a name (as we have named them) then when 'our
bodies are resting in peace' the name (like that of the Crenshaw)
